In 2006, National Internet Development Agency of Korea had a research and got result as follow; 80% of customers refer product review, valuation and replies. It discovered that reviews, valuation, and replies are very effective to customers' decision. Especially 95.6% of female and 96.2% of ages of 20's are the most affected groups by reviews.
Recently, CGM (Consumer Generated Media), as we all know as UCC, is lively being released with Web 2.0's flow. In addition, consumers are almost becoming experts and writing out complaints, reviews, analysis, and even suggestions through blog, product review web, and club sites.
According to this situation, if we don't listen to customers saying, we will definitely be gotten into a big trouble that we cannot even get a chance to sell our product.
